Job Duties: Lead the technical design and development of current and future solutions for quality management processes, including nonconformances, CAPAs, audits, change controls, field actions, and complaints. Function as hands-on developer for Quality Management Systems projects. Develop innovative solutions to meet changing business needs in systems like Salesforce, ETQ, or Trackwise. Lead assigned projects from a technical perspective. Perform hands-on configuration and coding using dev-ops and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins. Develop data exchanges using APIs. Build reports and dashboards as needed. Clarify vague requirements and deliver high-quality business benefits on time and on budget. Transfer knowledge to the support team upon delivery. Follow processes and facilitate change requests from project conception through hyper care in alignment with J&J policies, procedures, and testing guidelines as part of release management. Align design standards with enterprise architects and developers. Collect customer insights and drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction. Evaluate potential technical solutions together for incoming demand. Build impact assessments and development cost estimates for services. Manage the service delivery budget and present service performance to management. Plan, select, and schedule approved vendors, then coordinate their work. Work within SDLC methodology, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and CSV frameworks.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Lead - Quality Solutions Engineering-related occupation.

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
