IT End User Computing Lead
The IT Global End User Computing Lead will manage global End User Computing (EUC) operations and managed service providers. Responsibilities will include managing the EUC platform, coordinating with Technical Architecture on the design and architecture of the EUC platform, developing and maintaining technology standards based on industry best practices, managing a technology roadmap, and proposing and developing new solutions based on business strategy. This person will work with the broader IT and business organization to deliver solutions, serve as a subject matter expert in End User Computing technology, manage governance and compliance to the standards, and drive focus on delivering an excellent user experience.

Where You Will Work:
This is a semi-remote position where you'll work 1-3 times monthly in our FishHawk office (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL). Interested but don't live in Tampa, FL area? We'll relocate you!
What You'll Do:
  • EUC Global Operations: Lead and manage the global support services of Mosaic's EUC solutions and platforms and Asset Management. Ensure overall service delivery according to SLAs, customer satisfaction, and quality objectives. Develop and maintain a strong working partnership and oversee the managed service provider. Apply continuous improvement best practices to scoped area. Identify technologies which will improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, or improve efficiency and that align with IT and business strategies.
  • EUC Leadership: Manage the End User Computing team. Contribute to the EUC strategy, which includes software packaging and associated software lifecycle, configuration and delivery management, image management, device management, service catalog management for EUC. Ensure the delivery of excellent End User experience. Support and collaborate with vulnerability management, software asset and IT business project managers to drive Global OS and application vulnerability risk reduction improvements.
  • Asset Management: Lead and manage the Tier 3 IT Hardware Asset Management team and contribute to the IT Software Asset Management strategy. Including managing asset standards, policies, and governance, asset recycle/reuse programs, asset inventory compliance.
  • People Leadership: Lead, develop and coach employees to recognize strengths, encourage personal growth and learning and development to retain and expand talent through focused attention and effort. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, and the business and how to drive value added deliverables. Manage performance issues when necessary. Work with employees on their career development plans.
  • EUC Knowledge Sharing: Accountable for the creation, review, and health of the IT Knowledge repositories. Promote global IT knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing to facilitate seamless exchange of information across teams. Accountable for content, quality, quantity, and effectiveness of the Knowledge Articles.
  • Participate in and/or lead assigned projects. Partner with internal IT resources and business partners on approved IT projects. Other job duties and projects as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • For those without a degree, 10+ years of related information technology experience is required
  • 7+ years of experience in IT environment with increasing supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of experience in End User Computing Infrastructure
  • 4+ years of mobile device management experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing active directory policies
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundations preferred
  • Operational proficiencies in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications
  • Extensive knowledge of PC operating systems and registry management
  • Experience with wireless device management
  • Experience with software distribution systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware, software, operating systems, directory services, printing and applications
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
