Deployment/Inventory Technician
18 Month contract
Shift M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (May be some evening and weekend work)
Experience required6+ months of IT experience or equivalent education/certifications
Compliance: Covid vaccination Required. Drug Test and Background Check Required
Personal transportation required - there is mileage reimbursement
Description
This deployment technician will be responsible for tracking all inventory, assessing and deploying devices across multiple hospital locations prior to a company-wide software update. This is 100% on-site support, helping all employees in a health care environment with first level IT issues. Hardware and software troubleshooting ability plus strong customer service skills are required.
- Perform device activities (i.e. inventory, assessment, device deployment) as documented in a consistent manner; Upgrading to EPIC
- Ensure that all project-related activities in each wave are completed in accordance with the direction of Customer
- Effectively escalate any issues for resolution
This will give someone a foot in the door not only in IT but the healthcare environment and working on Epic related projects. Once this project is over the
plan would be to take the top performers and move them over to even longer-term opportunities. This will allow for someone to take a 18 month
project and add 3 more years if they perform well. Must be reliable and eager to learn new skills.
Worksite Address
Multiple locations across Cleveland with site-to-site driving required. Mileage
compensation is $0.62 per mile.
