- Implement, manage, support, and govern integration services exposed to the entity's systems, applications, and third parties.
- Govern all systems and application integration in compliance with SOA governance baseline and guidelines.
- Provide L2 and L3 production support for integration services.
- Provide L3 production support for IT automation workflows and processes.
- Ensure alignment with strategic vendors to secure better services for the entity.
- Maintain the integration service catalog (new processes, upgrades, and versioning) and operate SOA governance.
- Participate in the system integration testing (SIT) process and associated SIT environment readiness.
- Assist and ensure the proper transition of the new integration deliverables from the implementation till operations stage.
- Participate in IT vendor/offering assessments for Integration and Automation solutions.
- Participate in the acquisition process for Integration and Automation solutions' feasibility and specifications (Integration and Automation baseline).
- Explore new technologies related to Integration and Automation stacks and recommend suitable solutions for the entity in alliance with business growth plans and application portfolio rationalization.
- Train IT operational teams in IT department on integration requirements and how to integrate in their work cycles.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering is a must
- 2 to 5 years in the IT industry as an IT specialist in a field related to Integration and/or automation.
- Experience in Integration and Automation design and modeling
- Experience in banking industry systems and/or applications and their technologies.
- Technical knowledge in Integration and/or automation.
- Fair understanding of business cycles in various banking units.
- Skilled in coordinating, tracking, and controlling different parts of complex projects or initiatives and managing multiple parallel and interdependent projects or initiatives simultaneously.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Ability to draw on a wide variety of skills to enhance products' delivery and performance
