Cohen-Esrey, LLC is seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Technician for our corporate office located in Merriam, KS. This position is responsible for direct and remote IT Help Desk support to company team members including:

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems for company team members
- Receiving and responding to Help Desk phone calls and Help Desk tickets
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Operating systems
- Administering Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
- Creating and maintaining end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Setting up PCs including hardware and software installation and configuration
- Assessing and making recommendations on computer and software purchases
- Applying updates and patches to computers
- Configuring printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Strong technical problem solving/analytical abilities
- Strong commitment to quality customer service
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware, printers, scanners, network, and wifi
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be either self-directed or closely managed depending on the nature of the project or task
