We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This position is an in-office Help Desk Technician that assists clients with technical needs as well as serve on a team for on-boarding new services. The proper candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills (Email, verbal, and follow-up)
- Ability to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Demonstrate good work ethics.
- Good understanding of the following:
- Microsoft Office 365 & Admin Portal
- Outlook and Email Protocols
- TCP/IP Networks & Protocols
- DNS Records (MX-TXT-CNAME-A-WWW)
- Ability to troubleshoot:
- Device IP connectivity
- Multi-function printers
- Access points
- IP phones
- Workstations
- Servers & shared resources
- Switches / Routers
- Microsoft Windows 7/10/11
- MacOS
- Android / iPhone
- Outlook connectivity problems
- Interacts well with clients and coworkers
- Some project management skills
- Work with sales team and field ops team
