Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with the majority of us working four days in our Bristol, PA office and one day remotely each week.
We are seeking a qualified IT Help Desk Technician to assist our employees with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with our teams guiding them through systems and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Job Requirements
The IT Help Desk Technician will report directly to the Director of Information Systems and assist with daily IT functions. You will Provide quick and effective assistance to employees and clients. In this role you will listen attentively to clients and employee issues and help them to a resolution. You will assist with setting up and moving equipment and other tasks as needed. You will also respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person.
Responsibilities
Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems
Guide clients and employees remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting,
and maintenance
Listen attentively to questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions
Represent 1SEO with professionalism and integrity while helping to advance our company mission
Walk clients and employees step-by-step through the problem-solving process
Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
Communicate feedback to the appropriate internal team members
Required Skills and Experience
Experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role
Passion for problem-solving and customer service
Tech savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field
Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues
Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback
Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
