As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will support the Marine Corps client during garrison and deployed exercises and operations. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You will use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you'll use your expertise conducting IT service management for the IKM consumers, content managers, and managing Service Requests for the client. You'll support a team, including the client office's sections and customer managing Service Requests in production and deployed environments. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to provide recommendations to senior leaders to inform key decisions. You'll develop solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, and national security.

You Have:

• Experience with information management operations and planning
• Experience conducting Service Desk Management, customer interactions, follow-ups, and maintaining status of all Service Requests
• Experience ensuring quality control of Service Desk and Service Requests
• Experience conducting Collaborative Services (CS) content management, CS development, and maintaining Service Desk CS pages
• Experience providing IKM analysis and C2 systems planning and management for large scale operations and exercises
• Ability to maintain Service Desk databases and provide Service Desk performance metrics
• Ability to develop and provide periodic briefs and updates to the IKMO on service requests using data visualization
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
