SUMMARY:
Perlick is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk & Special Projects Intern who will assist our team in desktop support, AI training, and 3D modeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES :
- Desktop Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain our internal knowledge base.
- 3D Modeling: Convert 3D models for integration on our website. This includes rendering and modifying models as per project requirements.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, contribute innovative ideas, and assist in project execution.
- Documentation: Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures for future reference.
- Asset Management: Includes physically tagging assets and updating the electronic record.
- Other learning objectives, projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
