NOTE: Candidate should understand Japanese, Write and Ready fluently. They need IT Helpdesk Person who can help in Accounts, Registrations, IP Addresses etc... Proficient in Microsoft tools , Power Point Presentations etc.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
2. Create the ticket for customer’s inquiry via the phone and email
3. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to GDE (Global Data Exchange) between OEM and suppliers.
4. Maintains (add/delete/update) customer account by updating information.
5. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
6. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
7. Follow up on customer interactions
8. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
9. Record details of actions taken
10. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
11. Maintain customer databases
12. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
13. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
14. Translate system and application document in both English and Japanese.Minimum Qualification Required :
- Basic computer skills• Microsoft Outlook/E-mail capability• MS-Office Capability (Word, Excel and Power-point etc)
- Good communication skills – phone/e-mail/verbal
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work in office environment
- College degree in business or administration preferred
- Good problem solving skills, skilled in mutli tasking• Should be a good team player.• Proficiency in document management.
- Bilingual with Japanese-English - Japanese language ability is required
