As our IT Engineer Intern, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects, participating in system upgrades, migrations, and implementing new technologies. Your knack for troubleshooting will shine as you provide technical support to end-users dealing with hardware, software, and network issues.

What You'll Do:
- Participate in exciting IT projects, from system upgrades to new technology implementations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing top-notch technical support.
- Dive into Microsoft Dynamics 365 – developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating.
- Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Be the master of structured and unstructured databases.
- Join the software development journey – design, develop, and maintain dashboards and integrations.
- Monitor interfaces/jobs and be the on-call superhero for the team.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with RDBMS concepts and Entity Relationship Diagrams.
- Experience with PowerApps integration, Azure API Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.
- Web development or scripting experience with C#, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Advanced Excel skills that set you apart from the crowd.
