JOB DUTIES [Responsibilities]
- Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.
- Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
- Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
- Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
- Asset reliability engineering
- Asset troubleshooting / Electrical Engineering support
- Asset availability data, pareto & deep dive into RCCA
- Lifting device design
- Demonstrates collaborative teamwork, flexibility & adaptability.
- Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Previous full time work experience of 8-10 years as a Reliability Engineer in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry. Previous Caterpillar experience (contract or otherwise) is a plus (not mandatory)
