Form of workProvide IT coordination, leadership and support to the plant team in the pursuit of exceeding internal/external customer expectations; to deliver and support best-in-class, value-added business systems and processes, and to maximize cost reduction/avoidance opportunities utilizing IT.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of IT Department to keep focus on Customer Service and innovation.
- Research and Implement new Technology solutions to achieve better internal and external customer outcomes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement within the IT department.
- Set and Control Departmental Budget to meet established targets.
- Lead Cross Functional Projects which align to the IT Strategic Plan.
- Develop Staff to ensure cross training and developmental growth.
- Main Point of Contact for ERP (Plex) & MES Systems.
- Implement and enhance Plex Modules in the organization.
- Responsible for the daily operations of computer systems including system administration, security, process adherence and documentation, equipment installation and system backups.
- Establishes processes and systems to achieve operating goals and key performance metrics.
- Actively participate in 8D process to improve operations.
- Develops and Supports MES systems (KMES & Ignition)
- All other duties as assigned.
