About You
You are an IT “geek”, but there is nothing geeky about you. You have the knowledge and experience to provide and service best-of-class technology systems to our Club, but have the demeanor and style to seamlessly fit within our culture.
Your experience, transparency, and communication skills allow you to get the nuts and bolts in place while consistently demonstrating superior customer service to your co-workers and fellow team members. You talk with people, not at or to people, regardless of their position. You are able to take complex ideas and thoughts and communicate them to non-IT professionals. You understand and live by the concept of being a “team player,” making sure that collaboration is essential to your success, as well as the success of those you work with. At the same time, you have enough experience and strength to ensure the right thing is being done.
Most importantly, your values align with the values and culture of our members and our Club. Those values are on display every day, and displayed with every decision you make.
