It Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing help desk support in the Windows environment (client user machines + Windows server).
Providing SonicWall firewall administration including VPN support.
Providing MS 365 support as a global MS 365 administrator. Includes creating new user email accounts and managing user authentication credentials when needed.
Managing logging for information security purposes (Windows, SonicWall, MS 365, and several other systems). Right now, this is performed manually. Would be great for candidate to automate process. 
Configuring and provisioning new user machines. Includes Win 11 Pro setup, active directory domain join, software installation, and network connectivity. Future will include provisioning client user machines for Virtual Reality (VR). Candidate will create system images for deployment.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:
Strong background in Windows Active Directory
Strong background in SonicWall firewall management.
Strong background in automated system logging.
Strong background in help desk support Tier 1 and 2. 
Preferred Qualification/Requirements:
Certifications in IT Administration
Minimum Education: 
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
Substitution for Education:
Experience and or Certifications in IT Administration
