Role summary:
The IT Administrator is responsible for the management of the Salesforce platform, administration of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and leveraging SAP ERP systems to optimize business processes. They will integrate these systems to improve operational efficiency, data analytics, and user collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities- Salesforce Administration: Configure and customize the Salesforce environment to align with business needs, including security settings, user management, and process automation.
- Microsoft 365 Suite Management: Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Office apps, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring seamless operation and user productivity.
- SAP ERP Integration: Utilize SAP ERP knowledge to integrate and streamline business processes between Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and SAP systems, enhancing data flow and reporting capabilities.
- BI Tools and Analytics: Develop and manage insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, integrated with Salesforce and SAP, to provide comprehensive business insights.
- Data Quality and Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data across Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and SAP platforms, conducting regular audits and data clean-up.
- User Support and Training: Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and SAP systems, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
- Collaboration and Document Management: Oversee SharePoint and OneDrive for effective document management and team collaboration.
- Project Management: Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, manage projects, and deliver tailored solutions that leverage Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and SAP ERP systems.
- Data Warehousing Strategies: Design and implement strategies for data aggregation, data storage, and data mining within the data warehouse environment to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiencies.
- Data Warehouse Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of data warehousing solutions, ensuring efficient data integration from Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SAP ERP systems, and other sources to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Advanced Analytics and Data Modeling: Utilize data warehouse structures to perform complex data analysis and modeling, supporting predictive analytics and data-driven strategies across the organization.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance policies within the data warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with advanced certifications preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Preferred experience with SAP ERP systems, particularly in integration and data management.
- Proven experience in data warehouse design, development, and management, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, for creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
