Atria is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Flagstaff. We are looking for a charismatic and experienced individual to lead our Front of House operation.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including bartending, customer service, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during daily operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
