Duties:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and data
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment
- Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations for optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory flow and resolve any issues
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in inventory management
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience with category management and analyzing market trends
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Oilfield knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using inventory management software/systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
