As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and optimizing supply chain operations. If you have a strong background in inventory management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities:``` - Oversee all aspects of Inventory Control, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies - Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and ensure timely delivery of materials - Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and generate purchase orders - Conduct financial modeling and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall inventory performance - Analyze data using tools such as Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement - Source new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery - Collaborate with distribution centers to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and resolve any issues that may arise - Train and educate staff on proper Inventory Control procedures ```Experience:``` - Proven experience in Inventory Control or supply chain management - Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices - Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting - Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management software - Experience in financial modeling and cost analysis preferred - Previous experience in retail management or distribution center operations is a plus If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and have a passion for optimizing inventory operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
