Shifts:
B (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00 am)
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and optimizing Inventory Control processes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Pull each stock item either off the shelf, into the aisle, relocate to designated inspection areas or as otherwise instructed and make parts ready to inspect by removal or access through packaging.
- Develop and implement Inventory Control procedures and best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any inventory-related issues or concerns
- Utilize inventory management systems to track, manage, and report on inventory levels
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist in the development of reports and presentations related to inventory levels
- Confirm the content and condition of stock item to accommodate a better knowledge of usable inventory and identify and segregate unusable inventory.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a box truck
- Fork lift experience / certification desired but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Computer savvy or drive to learn light software entry with experience in MS Office desired
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the work
