Position Summary:
Theis role is part of the Operations Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by orchestrating inventory replenishments across our European, US, and Direct markets. The Specialist will closely collaborate with the Inventory & Logistics Optimization Sr. Manager and the Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor. The Senior Specialist supports our vision by having high level procurement knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors and customers.

- This is a permanent, full-time hourly position, at $24.00 an hour (Non-exempt)
- Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Major Duties Include:
Inventory Planning:
- Coordinates all intracompany inventory transactions across multiple entities using SAP Business One, including dropship, direct (China), Miami to the Netherlands, and the Netherlands to Miami
- Processes all intercompany transaction documents and ensures document integrity
- Ensures compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Collaborates with logistics and transportation providers to arrange shipments
- Monitors shipment status and resolves any issues or delays
- Maintains accurate records of intercompany shipments and inventory transfers
- Communicates with internal stakeholders to coordinate shipments and meet deadlines
- Implements and maintains procedures for efficient intercompany shipping processes
- Works with the Inventory & Logistics Optimization Sr. Manager to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishments for all FOH global locations using Valogix (Inventory Planning Software/replenishment software)
- Analyzes inventory levels and trends to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory using Valogix
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the supply chain
- Maintains the integrity of Supply Chain data in SAP by implementing controls and validation checks to prevent errors or inconsistencies
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compiles and analyzes data related to inventory levels, supply chain performance, and logistics metrics
- Proactively identifies areas for improvement and recommends actionable solutions based on data analysis
- Assigns HS codes (custom codes/ Harmonized System codes) to materials or products within SAP based on their characteristics, composition, intended use, and other relevant factors
- Maintains HS Codes within SAP, including their descriptions, tariff rates, and any relevant regulatory information
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborates with stakeholders across departments, including Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives
- Participates in meetings and discussions to provide input on supply chain strategies and initiatives
Other Duties
- Participates in special projects and duties as needed and handles emergency requests and assignments
- Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- College degree preferred
- Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or logistics operations
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Excel preferred
- Proficient with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred
- Proficient with Supply Chain/Inventory Planning software, Valogix preferred
