Job Description
Pay range $17.60-$20.70 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
Preparation of Daily Reports
- a. Bill of Ladings for shipments being made.
- b. Purchase Orders
- c. Product Orders
- d. FDA Reporting for Medications use in Feed.
- Preparation of weekly an period end reports.
- a. Goods Received vs. Shipped
- b. Inventory reporting- Tank measurements-Period End Reporting for accounting.
- c. Railcar Tracking
- d. Accounting Reporting
- e. Payroll Reporting
- Daily Inventory Reconciliation
- a. Excel Spreadsheet to track Inventory for orders through Fresno Commodities
- b. Over 500 ingredients in 78 different product types currently
- General Office Duties
- a. Filing, answering phones, sort & distribute mail, fax, mail, data entry.
Additional Functions:
- Mail bill of ladings upon customer request
- Additional information to customers about products used tonnage.
- Assist office Personnel about shipping and receiving questions and concerns.
- Order Office Supplies
- Other duties as requested by manager.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication Skills
- High School diploma, some college accounting courses helpful.
- Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ten-key by touch
