Job Description:

Join our inaugural team at HudHaus where you will have the opportunity to grow along with us! In this Inventory Associate role, you will be trained to assist in the management of the inventory control system in the “back of the house” all while upholding excellence in compliance and retail experience. More than just retail, you will represent our company and play a crucial part in our commitment to creating safe and enriching experiences.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Process product inventory in compliance with regulations, recording data into Point of Sale System with high attention to detail and accurate arithmetic controls

· Facilitate inventory management including inspecting daily deliveries, monitoring & reconciling inventory data and ensuring product stock reflects retail needs

· Follow retail store operations and compliance guidelines including verification protocols, proper documentation, audit related activities and safety measures

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years or older and have a valid license or state ID

· Must be authorized to work in the USA without restrictions

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Must pass required background checks

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

· Prior experience in an inventory or logistics role is preferred

· High level of aptitude with POS systems, databases & other tech hard/software

· Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills that adapt to different personalities and situations

· Proactive demeanor that shows flexibility, adaptability, and ability to balance tasks

· Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to follow directions

· Coachable, open to feedback and eager to continuously grow within a team environment

· Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge a HUGE plus!

Physical Demands/Requirements:

This position requires the employee to frequently remain stationary (sitting or standing) up to 50% of the time or more on occasion. Employees will frequently operate a computer and/or other machinery. Employees may be required to frequently lift and carry boxes of more than 10 pounds and may occasionally be required to lift boxes of more than 30 pounds. The person in this position frequently communicates with staff members, leadership and customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in various types of customer service, employee relations, business, and/or retail situations.

Description of Work Environment:

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. nights and weekends, overtime, alternating shifts.
