Job Title: Inventory Associate
Reports to: Inventory Manager, Hospital Administrator / Manager, and Owner
Overall Responsibility: The Inventory Associate will be responsible for stocking medications and other supplies at multiple clinics and working closely with the Inventory Manager; they will travel between clinics and receive shipments at each location. This includes checking items against packing slips and invoices as well as putting items in their correct locations in the clinics. In addition, the Inventory Associate supports fellow team members from other departments to ensure smooth daily operation of the hospital by performing duties as directed by their supervisor / manager. Due to the nature of the hospital, the Inventory Associate may be asked to work any day of the week, month, or year.
Job Requirement: Valid Drivers License; attention to detail; experience receiving deliveries and working with invoices preferred.

•Assist in pharmacy cycle counts
•Able to lift items up to 50lbs 10 times every day
•Able to bend, lift, kneel and for extended periods of time
•Manage custom orders from doctors, staff, and clients.
•Facilitate, encourage and support communication between staff and departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital
•Lead by example and support / promote team goals
•Be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff members in person and over the telephone.
•Ensure the safety of clients, pets and their colleagues
•Obey and understand all clinic policies and procedures and understand responsibilities under OSHA and other regulatory agencies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
