```Duties```
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor inventory movement
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory control
- Implement process improvements to optimize inventory management procedures
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in inventory control or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of demand planning principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts and audits
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Experience in process improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management processes
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials as required
