Job Description
- Must maintain efforts to improve quality by achieving or exceeding 99.8% accuracy of customer inventory and order fulfillment through improvements in receiving, storage, counts, order processing and shipping
- Implementing schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts for customer inventory
- Resolving discrepancies with shipping/receiving/inventory documentation and data, as well as accurate and regular customer inventory cycle counts
- Verifying Operational staff's receiving, inspecting, storing and recording of customer product, as well as (in collaboration with CSR ensuring timely and accurate reporting and updating of WMS
- Utilizing and expanding use of WMS and other software for inventory data entry, order processing, scanning, and other key operational activities by GLF staff
- Assisting with customer account management and WMS updates to customer inventory, as requested
- Compliance with communicating to customers regarding inbound receipts within 24-business hours of inbounds, as well as updating inventory levels within 24-business hours (or as-agreed to) of submitted orders
- Resolving discrepancies with shipping/receiving/inventory documentation and data, as well as assisting communications with customers regarding any discrepancies
- Analyze storage and fulfillment errors to determine root causes and propose solutions
- Support Operations staff in assessing damaged goods, allocating items to quarantine/on-hold physically and in WMS, and communicating such to CSR's
- Organizing, monitoring and requesting in timely fashion, supplies necessary for customer fulfillment operations
- Ensuring facility and customer product is properly maintained, kept clean, organized and secure, and implementing inspections as requested
- Undertaking additional warehousing and fulfillment duties as assigned

Required basic knowledge, skills, abilities, physical abilities, and experience:
Must be able to speak, read and legibly write in English
Must successfully complete “Extensive”, WMS, training modules within the first 14 days of your new assignment.
Physical necessity for this position requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting 45 lbs, pushing, pulling, reaching, kneeling, bending, and climbing
Working year round in a non-climate-controlled warehousing facility.
