TGIG, LLC is a leading Las Vegas cannabis company with multiple industry-leading brands in the company’s portfolio. We offer medical and adult-use marijuana in Southern Nevada. TGIG, LLC is setting higher standards with its innovative, state-of-art cultivation, production and dispensaries.
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join TGIG, LLC as a Dispensary General Manager. A successful GM must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, hustle to complete the task, willingness to learn new tasks and multitasking. Contributing to the team with efficiencies and new growth and marketing ideas is a plus.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Min. of 5 years management experience in the retail sector, employee management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
- Ability to create and maintain a customer facing culture.
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Flexible working scheduling.
- Customer service in high volume.
- Must hold a valid CCB Agent Card
- Must be up to date with current Nevada CCB compliance laws
- Must have an advanced understanding of all retail operations
- Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to coach, train and motivate employees
- Must have the desire and drive to learn all you can about cannabis as a plant and medicine. Our employees are truly experts in the cannabis industry.

GM Duties:
- Employee management: multiple stores/employees.
- Employee communication:
- Managing internal messaging platforms with all retail employees.
- Messaging internal operations platform for retail with heads of departments crossing over entire vertical Co./all departments.
- Scheduling, to include management of employee Time off, vacation, pto, sick, etc.
- Directly working with HR for employee management and payroll.
- Directly working with DOP.
- METRC knowledge/management.
- Inventory Management.
- Dutchie knowledge.
- Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
- Quarterly staff meetings
- Management of operations, front and back of house.
- Management of deliveries and distribution, both in-house and 3rd party.
- Hire, train and keep all employees to a high level of compliance.
- Performance reviews with all employees, while monitoring employee productivity, attitudes and performance results.
- Promote open feedback from intake, retail staff and the security team.

- Some general financial tracking regarding sales/purchasing
- Staying up to date with compliance changes
- Leading team meetings
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with the city officials
- Training new employees
- Ensuring online menus and social media are up to date.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns are updated as well as find new marketing opportunities.
- Ensuring inventory levels are accurate
- Monitoring payroll costs
- Following advanced cash handling policies and procedures
- Remain accountable for profit and loss figures
- Ensure all staff comply with regulations and maintain their badges and required certifications
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to the shift managers and other employees
- Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
- Focus on building sales and forecasting future performance
- Ensure facilities are maintained and coordinate necessary facilities upkeep with appropriate service providers.
