Dental Center Manager

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental Center Manager to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Establish, deploy, and continuously improve a standard, consistent way of managing laboratory to facilitate continued company growth
• Lead, motivate, and support employees within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution, adhering to all company policies and procedures; track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
• Perform Customer Service Management, including having direct interaction with customers to resolve issues as necessary, monitoring case progress and maintenance to ensure company and industry standards are met in customer retention efforts
• Meet with prospective clients to develop new sales or grow existing clients for the company, leading special sales projects or activities as directed by senior management
• Collaborate and interact with other departments such as R&D, HR, Accounting, and IT to establish and refine efficient and effective processes while ensuring the company's operational priorities are aligned with the company strategy
• Plan and execute ongoing productivity improvement strategy across the laboratory operations, leveraging internal and external best practices
• Attend trade shows, meetings, and other events as required
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a dental laboratory/industry senior level leadership role preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities with training in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
• Strong budget development and oversight skills
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
