Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

*Staff required to wear lead. *Shifts are 7-3 (Pain) and 8-4 (IR), and will vary day to day. *Includes weekends and on call. No holidays except for on call.
1 holiday.
*Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
*Please refer to the job description attached to Optimizer prior to submitting.
Cook is a manditory float facility, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
