ABOUT YOU
- Provide training and supervision for therapists in implementation of programs and curriculum addressing IEP goals and objectives for clients.
- Create recommendations for and implement IEPs
- Attend and collaborate at IEP meetings
- Develop individual and group lesson plans
- Data analysis to report quarterly on progress
- Implementation of progress monitoring and state assessments
- Facilitate lessons within classrooms
- Collaborate with treatment team providers (clinical director, clinical supervisor, parents, SLP, OT, PT and other support network) to review and monitor case progress
- Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics
- Facilitate IEPs and train staff accordingly to implement
- Maintain caseload of hours in addition to supervisory duties

Education Requirements:
- Intervention Specialist certification in the state of CA required
- Special Education degree preferred
- Experience writing lesson plans for a classroom/group of students in a special education setting
- Pay $26 - 29 p/h
