We're seeking a dynamic Clinical Licensed Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our dedicated team and provide crucial support to those in need.
About Us: Be Well OC is a leading organization that provides crisis response and compassionate care to individuals facing mental health, emotional, or psychological crises. Our transformative initiative brings together public, private, academic, and faith-based organizations to create a coordinated system of mental health care and support for all Orange County residents. Our mission is to make compassionate mental health care accessible to our community, making Orange County the happiest and healthiest community in the United States with a world-class mental health care system.
What You'll Do: Be a part of the movement to bring mobile mental health and Crisis Intervention services directly to the community. With several contract cities in Orange County, the mobile response teams provide intervention, referrals, transportation, and support to those needing mental health, substance abuse, housing, and addiction treatment services. The mobile crisis response program helps improve outcomes for those in need while also supporting law enforcement and EMS so they can focus on calls where they are needed most urgently.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with emergency services, medical professionals, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to Crisis Intervention. Your ability to collaborate effectively will make a real difference in the lives of those you assist.
  • Serve as a clinical consultant to police and EMS/fire partners.
  • Make referrals as needed to community providers.
  • Work closely with the case manager to provide long-term support to clients.
