Job Title: Medical Freelance Interpreter (On-call)

Location: Nationwide (all 50 states)

Type: On-call, Freelance

Description:
UniversalTalk Solutions is currently seeking experienced Medical Freelance Interpreters for on-call assignments. This is not a full-time position; rather, interpreters will be called upon as needed when we have on-site interpretation requests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site medical interpretation services as requested
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all interpretations
• Adhere to professional standards and code of ethics

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Proven experience as a medical interpreter
• Medical interpreter certification preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations as needed
• Availability to work on-call, including evenings and weekends

Note: This position is not suitable for individuals seeking full-time employment. We prefer interpreters who already have work as interpreters and are looking for additional on-call opportunities.
