THE ROLE
The International Events Client Success Manager - Event Tech is a hybrid position working 11pm-7am CST and responsible for supporting International events/clients leading up to their upcoming events. This role will partner with clients to ensure they are set up for success and are well-versed on the platform
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Orchestrate client relationships through account management, which includes ever-changing product adoption, ensuring retention, and overall client satisfaction
Onboard and train new and existing clients on the platform
Execute client demonstrations through virtual screen sharing and answer technical and non-technical questions.
Work cross-functionally with other team members to address ongoing client needs/expectations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2+ years of customer/Client Success experience
Ability to work 11pm-7am CST
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Ability to travel as needed
Technologically savvy with super strong Salesforce experience
Excellent communicator, both orally and written with strong listening and training skills
Deep empathy toward clients and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
