Job Description
The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy. A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and has an acute understanding of their clients’ needs and challenges.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of global enterprise clients
- Onboard new clients to seoClarity
- Build in-depth knowledge of your clients, expert knowledge of seoClarity technology, and extensive industry expertise.
- Become a trusted adviser to stakeholders and users of seoClarity
- Guide your clients through success blueprints, designed to drive value no matter the client’s SEO maturity level
- Manage special projects and the implementation of search experience frameworks
- Help your client’s structure, simply and scale their SEO efforts
- Lead executive business reviews
- Arrange and manage onsite client meetings – up to 10% travel domestic and international
- 4-year BA/BS degree
- 2+ years’ experience in account management or Client Success, preferably with a software provider or digital agency.
- Experience with SEO/SEM a plus
- Relationship focused
- Experience with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting software
- Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
