International Customer Service Representative
Position Purpose and Objectives
The International Customer Service Representative ensures excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and effectively
- Taking customers/distributor orders via telephone and email
- Provide International customers with product and service information
- Log International complaints in XYMONET
- Correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.), make changes to orders, process returns/credits, or cancel orders/backorders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Experience with basic Microsoft Office programs
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- SAP experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Office – desk workstation/cubicle
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
