Lisa Todd International is a Miami-based luxury apparel company. We have a fun and empowering work environment and are seeking an experienced wholesale Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our growing team. Please note this is not an entry level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional assistance to each account by responding to customer requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Process, update and revise customer orders, web replenishment orders, and returns
- Invoice customers, secure payments, process pick tickets for upcoming orders
- Resolve credit holds and non-shipped orders with support of credit manager
- Provide operational support with receiving, order allocation, routing, shipping and inventory accuracy
- Provide general administrative and support to the team as needed
- Light Bookkeeping
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2-5 years prior back office Customer Service experience in a wholesale/retail apparel background or similar environment
- Exceptional communication, Customer Service and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, time manage and prioritize deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, team player, highly motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude
- Proficient with fashion or similar ERP and CRM industry software, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite skills with excel proficiency required. Joor, Shopify, Amazon and social platform experience a big plus
- Wholesale/retail math and problem solving skills essential
