Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year

Job Details
Provide clinical leadership and over-site to the professional support staff at a designated location.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification/Recertification (preferably) or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Completion and maintenance of annual CME requirements for licensure (CME should be relevant to provider scope of medicine).
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state.
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted healthcare plans
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 2-5 years experience in Medical Practice preferred.
- Experience in a group medicine practice setting is preferred.
