Internal Medicine Physician

Our Community Health Center issearching for a full time Internal Medicine Physician, who will provideclinical leadership and oversight to the professional support staff and healthcare services to our patients. New Grads, J1 & H1 Visa welcome to apply.

Requirements:

• Board Certification/Recertification (preferably)or Board Eligible in Specialty, Internal Medicine, Family Practice.
• Completion and maintenance of annual CMErequirements for licensure (CME should be relevant to provider scope ofmedicine).
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medicalschool.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in Medical Practicepreferred.
• Experience in a group medicine practice settingis preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrates abilities to work with otherseffectively, to exercise good judgment in appraising situations and makingdecisions to deal tactfully and effectively with the public.
• Possesses a reasonable level of knowledge ofcommunity and public health systems and issues.
• Proficient in diagnostic procedures andtreatment of illness and injuries in the CHC model setting.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge ofpharmacology, nutrition and mental health.
• Able to become or already credentialed with allhealth care plans accepted by the Health Center.
