Core Focus: The Internal Key Account Manager will be focusing on further solidifying strong relationships with our top Key Accounts. You will be the liaison between the client and the operational team. You will be working closely with our clients to identify their needs and ensuring they are met with the utmost dedication and efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities: Foster client relationships by understanding their needs and goals for their business Create customized customer success plans, setting clear objectives and reviewing progress on a regular basis Be the operational escalation point of contact to named accounts Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the operational and sales team Facilitate and drive change with operations teams to better meet client needs Managing regular client meetings to promote continuous improvement and advance planning for additional staffing needs for both operations and warehouse Proactive Daily analysis of shipment data for data integrity and potential late shipments for key clients Liase with department managers for missing or incorrect shipment data, including billing Online tools access and set up, including client training on how to efficiently use company's shipment platform Customer Profile Management Invoice research for client disputes SOP and Corrective Action Plan Development and maintenance, including operational staff training Assist pricing team with follow up to quotes Projects and special assignments for Key Accounts Preferred Skills: Prior experience in team supervision or management Certified Customs Specialist/ Certified Export Specialist Certification
