Find It XL is a Michigan, based Company, We specialize in marketing, sales, Customer Service, and management nationwide. A Customer Service representative, or Team Member, will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any problems that our customers accounts might face!

Job functions:

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Career-oriented
• Must want advancement opportunity
• Must be professional
• Must be able to pass a background check
• At least 1 year in a Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
