Job description
Hausch & Company is looking for a local (preferred) or remote or Internal Finance Manager to assist with some but not all of the following tasks:
Various account reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Late Notices
Collections
Payroll
Auditing
Check Management
Accounting, Banking, Tax Management
Managing Company Insurance (Market Financial) - renewals, WC premium, review of documents, E&O, Business Insurance
Distributing of monthly reports
Various billing projects
Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 year degree from an accredited university in finance, accounting or similar. Candidates with pre-existing work experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 1 year on the job experience
Auditing experience strongly preferred
Competent in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with other accounting/expense software
