Description
Styling: The Styling Intern will take part in ecommerce photo shoots, organizing the style library, creating a styling mood board, and more. Additionally, they will learn the aspects of fashion styling, trend analysis, photoshoot preparation, wardrobe coordination, and support our cross functional marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university/college
- 1-2 years of work or volunteer experience
- Passion for fashion and retail industry
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple assignments at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Internship Guidelines
- This is a paid ($16.00/hr) summer internship from June 17 – August 2.
- Boot Barn does not offer travel or housing stipends.
- Students must be able to make a commitment of full-time employment (Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5PM)
- The program will be based out of our Irvine Store Support Center, located in Irvine, CA. Remote work will not be offered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Use discipline specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist with various projects, presentations, and business improvement opportunities.
- Lead a department/function specific project from start to finish and present project deliverable(s) to senior leadership for consideration.
- Note: Function-specific responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.
