As our Program Management Support (Marketing & Communications) Intern, in Washington, DC at Georgetown University you will be responsible for assisting ENGIE’s Capital Projects team, concentrating in communications related to “telling the story” of activities related to operating and maintaining (O&M) as well as enhancing (CAPEX) the operation or efficiency of the University’s utility systems serving electricity, potable water as well as heating and cooling to the campus stakeholders. Every day you will report to the Director of Energy Solutions.

- Core Experiential Learning:
- Collaborate with program and project managers to develop and maintain project summary presentation materials
- Assist in the development of communication plans associated with energy related projects
- Liaise with webmaster to update content of Georgetown Energy Partners LLC website
- Assist with the drafting various communication documents
- Document project execution lifecycle via print and digital media formats
- Ensures published media complies with ENGIE Branding and Georgetown University’s Visual Identify guidelines
- Assist in the procurement of graphic design, publishing and/or printing services
- Open to sophomore, junior, senior and Graduate students
- Comfortable in startup atmosphere with high degree of autonomy

This role requires physical attendance at a worksite but hybrid opportunities are available
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
The position consists of 80% work indoors and 20% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions
Could involve some lifting / up to 50 lbs
Compensation
Salary Range: $21.00 to $34.00 USD hourly
