*This part-time or full-time role will be based in Minneapolis, MN and is hybrid.
Wage: USD $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (flexible depending on availability)
Job Summary:
The Marketing & E-Commerce Intern is responsible for supporting base business management, communications, and innovation initiatives across Tilray Wellness, with the goal of maximizing the consumer’s awareness of and affinity for the brands within the portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a range of activities from optimizing site content to analyzing product performance and implementing communications programs
- Conduct trend and competitor analyses
- Engage in sales support (input on creative assets, copy, and more)
- Analyze competitive and opportunistic sales data
- Support creative asset requests from production to deployment and asset management
- Collaborate with Manitoba Harvest/Tilray Marketing & Sales teams
- Partner closely with brand teams on various projects as needed
- Support sampling and strategic outreach initiatives to increase brand reach
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- You are a Junior or Senior college student or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree – Business or Marketing focus is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Graphic Design experience is an asset
- Experience with data analysis

- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills – ability to analyze inputs, opportunities and outline a path forward
- Comfort with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
