What You'll Do
- Triage and root cause system, driver and device interoperability issues
- Development and Debugging of firmware and software for Datacenter SSD products
- Debug, optimize & validate/test SSD firmware on embedded multi-core architectures
- Develop test cases & a tool for actual product development
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time
What You Bring
- Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or software-focused Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of C/C++ development for embedded systems, including storage devices and other embedded platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge or Experience with ARM or equivalent embedded multi-core microprocessor architectures & experience with JTAG/ICE debuggers & protocol analyzers is desirable
- Scripting experience in one of Python/Perl/JavaScript is desirable
