Overview of Job Function:

The Digital Marketing Intern will contribute to relevant website projects, with a direct impact on Marketing goals to improve user experience and increase traffic and conversions. The intern will rely on guidance from a more senior member of the team to perform the functions of the position.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

• Website operations and administration (WordPress preferred)
• Website optimization and improvements
• Search engine optimization (website internal search platform)
• Special digital projects to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with new webpage creation and content updates on the website.
• Manage digital content and graphic assets in an online content management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Marketing, User Experience or a relevant field.
• Excellent academic performance
• Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social Security verification.

Preferred Requirements:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated team working skills.
• Must be well organized and able to escalate issues when encountered.
• Possess basic design skills with the Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
