Candidates must have interior design education and training as well as experience in the residential industry. They should be able to manage multiple clients and be strong communicators and active listeners. Candidates should be detail oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to manage and meet project deadlines.
The ideal candidate has experience in space planning and layout, color theory, furniture sourcing, lighting, design presentation, and staging. This person is a creative professional who can collaborate with other professionals to fully understand the needs of clients and develop innovative solutions.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
