Summary of Position:
Bernardon, a Division of Core States Group, is seeking a dynamic Interior Designer to support projects in a variety of spacec. In this role you will work with a team of designers and architects to support client projects.

You are a team player. You have the ability to be flexible/nimble in project work and must be willing to jump from project to project, as well as take ownership of the work you are doing. Be proactive in coordinating with project teams on when you plan to work in the office and remote. Must be comfortable communicating with your team via MS Teams. Responsibilities:
Design
- Generally, follows design direction or develops concepts provided by others but on occasion may have the opportunity to independently develop design solutions.
- Prepares drawings and renderings using BIM/CAD programs and/or hand sketches.
- Takes field measurements of existing conditions.
- Observes projects during the construction phase.
- Researches, selects and specified FF&E under direction of more senior staff
- Collaborates as a team member on projects of any size.
Project Management
- Assists with project management tasks.
- Compiles data and organizes files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design ideally from a Cida accredited program
- NCIDQ preferred.
- 2+ years of experience within Interior Design and experience in the Hospitality space
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, Sketch-Up and EnScape

This is a hybrid role that can sit out of the following offices: Wilmington, DE; Philadelphia, PA or West Chester, PA
