Intelligence Analyst XVIII ABC Hub and Spoke MTCs provide individual and collective training on Army Mission Command Systems, using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. These systems are used to support Small Unit Training: Squads through Company, Medium Unit Training: Battalion through Brigade, and Large Unit Training: Divisions and Corps in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Unified Land Operations (ULO). HOW AN INTELLIGENCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Position requires a sufficient level of knowledge to be able to draw inferences about the possible consequences of the situation, as well as sufficient awareness of the situation to predict future patterns, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and potential changes to current TTPs.
Performs analysis associated with the training development process.Provides analytical subject matter expertise (SME) on the different types of intelligence in support of Mission Command training.TSS operators shall have experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area and have actively worked within the Intelligence Community (IC) in one of these occupational specialties: IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT or All-Source Intelligence (preferred) with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system: the Tactical (or Common) Ground Station, the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A){“family of systems”], Prophet, GuardRail Common Sensor (GRCS) or the Tactical Exploitation System (TES). Contractors shall have a good working knowledge of all aspects of Military Intelligence functions/operations, ISR mission requirements, training, and planning, along with a knowledgeable understanding of connectivity and capabilities of all Military Intelligence Systems to include how, what they can, or will provide to the overall Intelligence illustration for the TUC to engage the battle. Instructs intelligence professionals on tradecraft and other issues. Performs analysis associated with the training development process.Provides analytical subject matter expertise (SME) on the different types of intelligence in support of Mission Command training.Preparing intelligence reports and assessments, builds briefing materials for the supported military intelligence training audience or assist with construction Order of Battle training materials.
Maintains working knowledge of various intelligence collection assets for US, friendly, non-hostile and enemy countries, knowing how they collect information and how these systems could be used to collect intelligence information.Develops and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives. Design, analyze, test, and modify system hardware and software configurations to meet functional specifications based upon user requirements to support exercises and specific training events. Tests new software and hardware compatibilities between the laptop and desktop operating systems as they are updated and released. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required to support customer requirements. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education/Experience: BS/BA or equivalent, relevant years of experience.Required Experience: 2+ years of experience.Required Technical Skills: DCGS-A.
Must have knowledge of command / unit mission and structure, analysis techniques, Intelligence Systems, documentation research techniques, and interview techniques.Position requires a sufficient level of knowledge to be able to draw inferences about the possible consequences of the situation, as well as sufficient awareness of the situation to predict future patterns, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and potential changes to current TTPs. Certifications: COMPTIA Security (+)Required Skills and Ability: Understanding of each IWfF and experience researching and writing intelligence reports, knowledge of command / unit mission and structure, analysis techniques, Intelligence Systems, documentation research techniques, and interview techniques.Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI w/CI Poly required.Location: Fort Liberty MTC. Normal work schedule is 0730-1600, may require night or weekend work shifts depending on specific training event requirements.
