Refresh Mental Health, a national mental health leader, is looking for an Integrations Manager. This leader will enjoy liaising with clinical leaders and newly acquired practice teams. The ideal candidate will effectively steward operational leaders through the transition process.
Compensation: $85,000 - $92,000 annually
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience specifically relevant to the primary accountabilities of practice management
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare with 3+ years of progressive management experience working on highly complex, cross-functional projects
- Familiar with behavioral health concepts and practices as they relate to providers and behavioral health clinics
- Knowledge and skill in Behavioral Health Operations, including EHR, Practice Management Systems, Clinic Operations, and related systems.
- Demonstrated project management, consulting, process flow development, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to successfully perform in a matrix accountability structure, reporting the progress of deliverables and project updates to an executive leader
- Demonstrated exhibit executive presence and possess organizational solid acumen
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration or Master’s degree
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and business integration
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Planning and execution of operational transitions of acquired behavioral health practices to group-model / owned clinics
- Manage relationships with senior business leads to ensure ongoing awareness, buy-in, and shared ownership
- Sets direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to new teammates and clinical staff
- Identifies process standardization opportunities, leads the implementation of adoption of best practices and process improvement efforts in partnership with the Diligence and Integration team
- Coordinating the interaction and involvement of local business stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, accounting, IT, HR) via the integration project process
- Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty/potential unknown risks, contribute towards creative solutions, and move to action quickly
- Oversee migration of newly acquired entities onto Refresh's EMR, practice management, and revenue cycle systems
